Pinterest has 3 names which are: web-based pinboard, bulletin board, bookmarking tool and social network, It is very easy to use. You just need to pin or save images you find on the web. Many of the images saved on Pinterest are clickable, and open up in a new tab to the original web page where they were find.
For example, Pinterest is a very popular tool for recipes. People can browse through images of delicious looking food, click on an image that looks good and be taken straight to the recipe instructions when they click on it. They can also save it to their own recipe board so they can access it later.
Some users use pinterest as a social network, they interact with each other through liking, commenting, re-saving each other’s stuff and private messaging each other.

The Importance of Technology

The technology class was one of my favorite classes during this semester. It offers us as new English Teacher new tools and applications that we can use in our classes to teach our students the different skills of English Language.  This class helped me to see the importance of technology in a classroom. I love to do new things with my students and since we started to learn each one of the applications, I also have been using them in my classes with my students and we all have enjoyed more the classes.Using technology in the classes offer my students an innovative and fun environment. I have had the opportunity to see the huge impact that it generates in my students. It helps them to learn more and fast. Technology has made many of my students to show more interest to learn and love English.
